HESIS Limited is a leading provider of fire and security solutions across the UK, specializing in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
Job Description
You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and engineers, working closely with the wider team and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
Log service requests, faults and maintenance visits
Schedule and coordinate engineer appointments
Keep customer records and systems up to date
Provide basic advice on products and services
Liaise with engineers, suppliers and internal teams
Working hours are generally Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00 and then a a Friday finish of 16:00 OR Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 and Friday finish of 15:30
Entry Requirements
Interest in operations, administration, or customer service
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service focus
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and using computers and digital systems
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing, retail, hospitality, administration, or office environment would be desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
Training to be Provided
This is where you learn how to solve problems and support customers for real.
Your apprenticeship training is delivered by Skills for Security, specialists in developing real workplace skills within the fire and security industry.
You’ll complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, with training delivered remotely, twice a month - no travel, just focused learning that fits around your job.
